An enquiry will always be replied to in a timely manner. If you haven’t had a response in a day or two, please check your junk mail folder.
- Contact Paleriders – Cambodia for an up to date pricelist. Prices vary according to the ride duration.
- A $500 surety is required to secure your booking. This surety will be held for the return of an undamaged motorcycle at the end of your trip. If the bike is damaged, the cost of repairs will be deducted from your surety and you will be paid the remainder.
- The full cost of your tour is required one month prior to trip departure date.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure will result in forfeiture of the $500 surety.
- A full refund will be given if a trip is cancelled by Paleriders – Cambodia due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Routes and itineraries can vary from what is shown on the website. Equivalent value will always be provided.
- Preferred payment method is Paypal.
- Alternative payment methods are international money transfer (Western Union) or bank deposit.
- Paleriders – Cambodia has no credit card or EFTPOS facilities.
